DESTIN VILLAGE RV RESORT 

PARK RULES

GATE CODE: 1722 

1. Quiet time is 10:00 P.M. until 8:00 A.M. No loud outside noise, TV’s or radios allowed after 10 P.M.

2. Construction noise allowed after 8:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. excluding all emergency repairs.

3. Please ADHERE TO ALL POSTED RULES IN POOL AREA. Smoking is NOT allowed outside the pool fence area.

4. No Pool inflatables or toys may be left in pool area after 10pm. Any items left will be disposed of by management.

5. Children under the age of 14 MAY NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE POOL AREA!

6. Use of our clubhouse & bathrooms is a privilege. Please clean up after yourself. Report issues to Lot Owner.

7. Children under 14 years of age MUST ALWAYS be supervised by an adult inside the park.

8. Use of scooters is allowed only if observing the 15-mph speed limit and riding to the far-right side of the street.

9. Only Self-contained RV’s in good repair are allowed in park. NO pop-ups, truck campers or horse trailers permitted.

10. No boats, watercraft, construction equipment or trailers for hauling allowed in park. Two-wheel dollies for car 

towing are permitted if stored at the rear of the unit under the RV. Automobiles may not be repaired inside the park.

11. No tents, canopies, or temporary structure of any kind are permitted. Pop-ups for daytime use on concrete only. 

12. Vehicles may not be parked on any grassy or unpaved area. Vehicles may not be parked on any other lot without the 

permission of the owner. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed. A maximum of two vehicles and one LSV per lot 

permitted. 

13. No mats, rugs, carpets, etc., allowed on any grassy areas.

14. Water hose and all hook-up connections must be leak free.

15. Garbage/Trash Dumpster must be locked after each use. Garbage/Trash must be bagged, tied and deposited in the 

dumpster provided. All boxes must be broken down or flattened before disposing in the dumpster. Garbage left on the 

ground beside or on top of dumpster will result in a fine. No garbage left outside any unit/RV.

16. Temporary portable clothes lines are permitted at the rear of the unit only. No clothes may be dried on railings.

17.Full-time occupancy in storage shed is prohibited and a violation of Florida Law.

18. ALL LOTS ARE TO APPEAR NEAT AND ORDERLY! 

19. No grills, smokers, bicycles, etc., shall be stored in front area of any lot or unit/RV. Electric & propane grills 

permitted. Woodfires of any kind are NOT permitted.

20. Owners/renters are not permitted to ask Landscapers to attend to personal items or cuttings.

DRUNK AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION.

PLEASE OBSERVE OUR PET RULES!

 Maximum of two (2) dogs permitted per lot.

 No outside crates, pens, or fencing allowed.

 No vicious or nuisance pets permitted. DO NOT leave your pet alone if it continuously barks and becomes a nuisance.

 No pets in clubhouse or pool area.

 Pet excrement must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly.

 Pets must be under supervision and on a leash at all times.

 Tethered leashes must not exceed 12 feet.

 Pet leashes must not extend past owners property line.

 Owners are responsible and financially liable for any and all damages caused by pets.

ANYONE WHO WILLFULLY OR NEGLIGENTLY DEFACES, DAMAGES, OR DESTROYS RESORT PROPERTY OR EQUIPMENT SHALL BE LIABLE FOR THE 

FULL REPLACEMENT VALUE. DVRVR ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR LOSS/DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY. OWNERS 

ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR RENTERS’ COMPLIANCE.
